The home is not an attractive environment for a young person to stay in..!!

And the father is not an attractive friend for a young person to be with..!!

The family must work on accepting the existence of relationships for the young person outside the home, and preparing to deal with them with awareness and maturity..

And seeking positive youth environments for the young person to belong to, helping them to unleash their energy, discover their talents, and achieve enjoyment..

Youth environments that nurture young people, cater to their interests, enhance their talents, develop their abilities, and activate their energies; are among the top priorities in the needs of youth, which serve as a safety valve that protects them, God willing, from extremism, deviation, and intellectual and behavioral misconduct..

To achieve those environments, there is a need to create (youth mentors) who understand the youth stage, can effectively deal with their nature, and are able to contain, guide, motivate and activate them in initiatives that benefit them and their community..

If we were to define the role of the (youth mentor) in a basic mission, it would be:

"Finding the life cause for the young person"..!!

Which is the result of raising awareness among the youth, developing their capabilities, directing their interests, and activating them in their community..

A young person with a cause is an invaluable treasure..

Because they are far from being involved in the trivialities of emptiness, the naivety of idleness, and the chaos of confusion and bewilderment..

They are an energy that regenerates, multiplies, increases, produces, benefits, develops, serves, heals, rectifies, and nurtures..

In summary..

The needs of youth are met through:

- An inspiring, attractive youth environment..

- An aware and effective youth mentor..

- A clear life cause..

This is how positive youth are made,,
