Only buy with a discount because you are nonprofit!

When your nonprofit organization decides to purchase any technological product, whether it is a device, software, or service, you must carefully search for discounts and special prices for nonprofit organizations. If you do not find them, send an email or arrange a visit to the company producing the technological solution and ask them for the service for free or at a nominal price for your nonprofit organization.

Don't forget to communicate with other nonprofit organizations, as they may have surplus devices or the capacity to add users to existing software.

Show your technological needs to the donors around you:

Business people and officials in major commercial entities, such as companies and banks, are strongly convinced of technology because they see it as cost-saving and at the same time a way to grow funds.

Therefore, create a comprehensive file on the technological transformation “automation” of your nonprofit organization and present it to your donors, whether they are individuals or companies. You will surely find their financial and moral support for it, even if it is partially through some devices and licenses rather than cash, but your file must be complete, convincing, and contain all the required information.

The simple may be great:

Typically, the technological needs are of simple cost and can be broken down into shares worth no more than 50 Saudi Riyals, for example. Here, you can conduct a simple campaign to raise money for your technological needs from “simple” donors, who are easy for you to reach and obtain these amounts from them, demonstrating the great impact these technological solutions will achieve.
