1- Do not purchase unless there's a discount since you are a nonprofit!
When your nonprofit organization decides to purchase any technical product, whether it's a device, software, or service, you must carefully search for discounts and special prices for nonprofits. If you can't find them, send an email or arrange a visit to the company producing the technical solution and ask them to provide the service for free or at a nominal price for your nonprofit organization.
And don't forget to connect with other nonprofits; they may have excess devices or the capacity to add users to existing software.
2- Show your technical needs to the donors around you:
Businessmen and officials in major companies and banks are strongly convinced of technology because they see it as both cost-saving and enhancing at the same time.
Therefore, have a comprehensive file about the technological transformation "automation" for your nonprofit organization and present it to the donors around you, whether individuals or companies, and you will certainly find their material and moral support, even if it's partially with some devices and licenses rather than money. However, your file must be complete and convincing, containing all the required information.
3- Simple things can be great:
Often, technical needs are low-cost and can be broken down into shares worth no more than 50 Saudi Riyals, for example. Here, you can run a simple campaign to raise funds for your technical needs from the "simple" donors who are easy to reach and obtain these amounts from, while highlighting the great impact that these technical solutions will achieve.
