What happens during the Hajj season regarding some charitable projects is painful and an indicator of organizational and financial chaos that must be collectively addressed and organized to serve the goals of charitable work and maintain its reputation and distinction. Some water distribution and feeding projects are examples of the organizational chaos and regulatory violations practiced by some charitable organizations in good faith. Observers of these projects up close from the sites of the rituals can clearly see the amount of financial waste resulting from this chaos.

Honestly, I do not understand the connection between a charitable organization in the north or east of the kingdom and water distribution in Mecca. Don't these organizations have specific goals and geographic scopes they are bound to? First of all, have these associations managed to cover all their projects in the area they represent and ended up with a financial and human surplus that they are consuming in projects outside their responsibility, thereby violating the regulations under which they were established?

When you object to someone's charitable work outside their institution's mandate, they accuse you of tightening the reins on charitable matters! Oh dear friends, this is not a restriction; specialization is the gateway to success. Good intentions in charitable work do not mean the absence of specialization. As the saying goes: "Give the bread to its baker, even if he eats half of it." Giving the bread to its baker is far better than the chaotic work practiced by some organizations and institutions. In the Mecca region, there are many organizations specialized in Hajj and Umrah projects, and they are more entitled than others to organize these projects.

Finally, let’s say frankly: One of the main problems of charitable organizations and institutions is straying from their primary goals and not operating within their specific geographic and thematic scope while shifting towards goals that overlap with other associations.
